Hi, my name is Moselle, and I am the owner and sole producer of NH Kombucha Co. I began brewing kombucha over a decade ago, and over the years I have honed my craft into a consistent, small-batch product that the community has embraced for nearly 11 seasons at the Tamworth Farmers Market.
Every bottle is brewed in my fully licensed beverage manufacturing facility on my family’s beautiful property along the Ossipee River in Effingham, New Hampshire. Nestled beneath Green Mountain and surrounded by towering trees, gardens, and the songs of birds, this peaceful space is where I craft each batch with care, creativity, and attention to detail.
For me, kombucha is more than a beverage — it is an offering, an expression of joy and connection, and something delicious to share with friends. It is something fun to introduce people to, something a little adventurous, refreshing, and alive. Whether it is someone’s very first sip or part of their weekly market tradition, I love creating something that brings people together and gives them a small moment of excitement and delight.
It is deeply fulfilling to bring something handmade and refreshing to the farmers market communities that have supported me throughout the years.
You can find NH Kombucha Co. every Saturday from 9 AM–12 PM at the Tamworth Farmers Market, and beginning this summer, Wednesdays from 3 PM–6 PM at the Sandwich Farmers Market. I look forward to meeting new faces and reconnecting with longtime friends and customers alike.
*NH Kombucha Co. is licensed as an alcoholic beverage manufacturer due to the naturally occurring alcohol produced during fermentation. Alcohol content may exceed 0.5% ABV and typically ranges between 0.5%–1% depending on the natural sugars present in the fruits and ingredients used to flavor each batch.
